Limited to five games after suffering a shoulder injury...hit .278 with five hits, one run, two doubles and seven total bases during that span...was later granted a medical redshirt by the NCAA...following surgery and grueling rehabilitation, returned to the diamond last summer in the prestigious Cape Cod League...while in the CCL, hit .231 with 24 hits, a double, one home run and eight RBI with the Harwich Mariners...prior to his injury, he started 110 consecutive games in the Saluki outfield.

Started 55 games in center field...hit .251 with a team-leading 13 doubles, one triple, two home runs and 20 RBI...hit .261 with eight extra base hits in MVC play...registered 17 multiple-hit games and six multiple-RBI contests...ranked second in runs (33), at-bats (207), stolen bases (8) and stolen base attempts (13)...was third in total bases (73), sacrifice bunts (6) and putouts (127)...hit .367 when leading off an inning and .500 with a runner on third and less than two out.
