At SIU: 2008 NCAA Mideast Regional Qualifier in the outdoor 4x100 relay...Competed in eight outdoor meets, placing in the top-10 15 times...Set career-bests in the outdoor 100m (10.76) and 200m (21.58)...Both of those marks were at the 2008 MVC Championships...Competed in five meets during the indoor season...Best finish was fourth in the 200m at the McDonald's Invitational...His other top-10 indoor finish was in the 400m (7th) at that same meet.

Pre-SIU: Attended Eisenhower High School, where he competed in the 100m, 200m and 400m events...Went to state in the 400m...Was named his team's MVP as a senior...Earned the team's Most Improved Award as a freshman.
